Prime Construction was founded in 1997 with a simple mission: build homes the right way, every time. We are a small residential contracting operation in Snohomish County that offers a full-service that has been trusted by hundreds of homeowners across the region.
Owner Lance Beckman has been in the trades his entire career, bringing hands-on expertise to every project. His approach is straightforward — show up, do quality work, communicate honestly, and stand behind what you build.
From custom new builds to insurance restoration, we treat every project like it's our own home. That means careful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and a clean jobsite from start to finish.
